I concur. I am just setting up Daylite and using Boards. My situation is such that I have a certain set of subtasks that always go with a certain piece of work. Each of these pieces is a Task/Ticket, and every ticket needs the same set of subtasks.

Suffice to say that being able to easily bring in a pre-defined set of subtasks on a ticket would be very helpful to me in my use case. I'm glad this is planned and am grateful for the work of the iOSXpert team.
