Feature Requests

I love the iMessage integration with daylite but my current needs are to always have our owner included in the messages. I would be so much easier to be able to do everything I need through daylite.

We recently switched from the Bria Softphone to Zoom Phone because the quality is so much better and the price is lower for our company. The only thing I miss from Bria is the one-click dial out. This would be relatively easy to develop with the assistance of Zoom developers. One-click dialing is a time saver for an entire organization (instead of clicking the phone number in Daylite and then having to remember to ALSO click the dial button from Zoom. Hoping iOSXpert will round out this feature as we see many companies moving to the Zoom phone as the integration and features are superior to other solutions.

For Users that bill clients for time, especially for phone calls, tracking the time on a call is important. That can already be done with the call duration feature in fone&text which is captured as a note in the call window. There is also already a feature which allows a Dayilte users to convert or make a task from a note which can then be used for time billing. It would be helpful if the call duration collected by the fone&text call window could be reflected or transferred automatically to a task that was converted using the “Convert to Task" feature. Also would be helpful to have an option to “Convert to Task with Call Duration” or “Convert to Task as Completed." A feature like this would allow a User to then mark that task complete knowing the time recorded in that task was accurate and could then be used to forward along to the User’s billing software (Billings Pro or Quick Books for example)

I would like to see Fone & Text integrate with more options. Can it work with the new Zoom phone, or possibly Teams, etc.???

Alf, Good evening. I finally have much of Ring Central setup and am just waiting for them to give me Text access. Thank you for your help. However, I was wondering if when a contact calls or I call out, do you have a way of making bigger call log windows? I am hoping for a simple larger logging window that covers more of the screen. The window that Fone and Text brings up is really small and has a lot of extras in it that (for my purposes) might not be necessary in logging and inbound or outbound call. Thank you as always. Paul
